Hello and assalamualaikum, people.

So, let's talk about other hobbies of mine again. Before that, as we knows a hobby is something that we enjoy doing for recreational purposes. If it’s a hobby that we enjoy that can lead to better health, we are doubly blessed. As for me, my favorite recreational activity is walking. Sounds simple doesn’t it? So simple that many people don’t take the time to really appreciate all the benefits of walking.

First of all, and most importantly, we need a good pair of walking shoes. Once I have taken this first step, there’s no stopping me to start walking. Usually I'm walking around my resident starting on 5 pm until 6 pm. And it is important in order choosing suitable tracksuit and jersey. 



Walking is a gentle form of exercise that can be easily incorporated into my daily routine and is great for me overall health and sense of well being. It makes me fitter, will save me fortune in petrol, parking and transport costs and is good for the environment, as well as for my own health.


Music goes great with walking. Is it? Yeap! Absolutely right! Its feel so great,guys. Upbeat tunes will keep me moving along at a good pace. Or, I may prefer listening to a tape of my favorite book. Then,I be pleasantly surprised at how far I have just traveled when I am enjoying myself.

In short, a man who misses long walks misses most of the joys of life. So walk as much as you can. You can reduce your visits to the doctor at least. I'll keep on walking every day, just please present me with an “A”. Till we meet again. Adios.
