Hello and assalamualaikum, people.

Okay, let's continue about my hobbies. As I wrote "Health Related" as a title which means the awareness has reached to an extent where people have actually made 'healthy living' not only a lifestyle but a hobby. Therefore, for this entries I would like to share my  hobbies that related with health which is yoga.


Is it complicated? Hah! Do you know, if I practice of yoga serves many purposes, from spiritual healing to building strength and flexibility. And it is considered as a hobby as well as a form of exercise because there is so much to learn about all the different practices and the practice upholds values such as calmness and peace that make yoga a lifestyle. 


Its wont takes a long of my time which is about 15-20 minutes per a day. Apart from these, when I'm actively seek to reduce the stress when there is so much assignment to be done and upcoming tests and quizzes, it is helps me in daily life by consoling the mind, the body often works to heal itself. In this sense, Yoga can be seen not only as a way to get into shape on several levels but also as a tool for self-healing.

Not all the style, I can do it. Its depends on somebody too. Different practicing styles match different personalities. If you are new to yoga, try this, try that, then settle on your favorite. Or, never settle. Every style has its own specialness. In my experience, every style of yoga is a little different than every other, each in its own way, is wonderful! You can’t miss, guys!
